Beginning this year, I was close to being obese. I can blame it on COVID19 and all the lockdowns, but it all came down to me. I didn’t exercise often enough and began developing bad eating habits during the last two years. That resulted in a weight gain of 10 to 15kg while also losing (lots) of muscle mass.

Now, I’ve lost 4-5kg compared to the worst time this year and aiming to lose the other 10kg by May 2022. Which should be around 2kg~ a month. Problem is that last month (September) I’ve lost 0kg. No progress at all and for some reason, I feel worse than ever.

Maybe cause I’m so mindful about it right now. I’ve been strict with my career and created overall good habits for that. But when it comes to health, other than lifting weights four times a week, all other aspects like diet have only improved slightly.

Like my eating habits, some days I consume 1600 calories and other days 3000 calories. But the problem is those 3000 calories days. I have to be consistent with the 1600-2000 calories a day, else I will regret it later in my life.

Also, I have to be more active during the day as a whole. Yes, I’m training four times a week, but it is always in the morning. The rest of the day I sit in my office chair and walk/cycle maybe one more time during the day.

I know what I have to do, but need to be disciplined about my health as well. Else I’m staying being an overweight fuck and loser.
