Valentine’s Day | Daily #244

Saying sentences like ‘I love you' and ‘I’m grateful for you’, always is more sincere when you also do the actions to support it.

I rarely like to talk about my relationship and I think that’s for the better. You need to keep loads of things private only to your small group of people. Making those kinds of matter public screams of social status games, which I’m personally not a fan of.

What do I think of Valentine’s Day?

Honestly not that much, but it’s a good excuse to treat your significant other to something. Going on a date, buying her something nice, or doing something memorable. Treat it like a day where you are grateful for being in a relationship with hopefully someone compatible.

But always remembers that you have to do that occasionally no matter what. Never depend on ‘special’ days like valentine's. Once in a while treat your significant other to a nice dinner, a weekend trip, a gift, a special activity, and loads more other stuff.

Action speaks louder than words. Show that you are grateful and appreciate your partner. Saying sentences like ‘I love you' and ‘I’m grateful for you’, always is more sincere when you also do the actions to support it.

Be grateful for a loving, healthy, and beneficial relationship. I sure am.

Happy valentines day.
