I've been recovering, well slowly.
This is honestly one of the worst food poisoning experiences I've ever had.
Usually it takes me one or two days to fully recover from it. This time, it has started since last Friday and the pain keeps being there.
Luckily I lost my fever within a day or two.
But the pain that resides in my stomach area is annoying. Sometimes when I move too much, I lose all my strength suddenly. For example, I went to the grocery store to buy something and when I went back home, I suddenly dropped the bag out of nowhere. This was yesterday. I think that my immune system is trying its best to get the bacteria/parasites out of my system. While that is good, I feel tired the whole day, don't have focus, and feel extremely weak physically.
I called my GP (well the assistant), and they suspect indeed that it should be regular food poisoning and can last up to two weeks.
Not sure, how I feel about that and trust the advice, but okay.
My health hasn't been the best for the last two years, and I do think that's why I'm not recovering that fast anymore.
This is something I should pick immediately when I'm recovered.
When I'm recovered, I'm going to hit my regular schedule of gym, work, and social.
I have great things to announce for this September.
