Starting to plan my 2022 | Daily #216
Without a strategy, you can’t win a battle. Let alone a war.
Since today, I’m starting to plan my 2022. December is for me mostly a rest month.
I’ve developed many applications in 2021 which most of them failed or never got from the ground running. Also had many personal struggles that I may get into in my year review. But all in all, I’m a bit burnt out and thus am taking it easier this month. Even have a planned 2-3 weeks off-time already.
But I have to make sure 2022 will be better than 2021. Else I’m not improving at all. Not only am I going to improve my indie-hacking goals, but also my general career. I’ve done some research about my market value and things don’t add up anymore.
Also, I’ve blogged before that my plan is to eventually get out of tech entirely. While this is going to be far in the future, I am going to plan out the necessary steps to do so in 10, 15, or even 20 years.
I think that it’s always good to have a sense of where you want to go. How can you else plan out a map to navigate to your destination?
I’m making spreadsheets, doing research, discovering new passions, writing fake stories that must be my future, and more to have a strong 2022.
Without a strategy, you can’t win a battle. Let alone a war.
