Not enough | Day #122

For the last three years, I’ve been feeling like I’ve done everything correctly when it comes to my finances.

I rarely spend money at all besides the occasional takeaway food and travel.  The only two luxury items I bought in 2020 were the iPad Pro 11-Inch (2018) and MacBook Pro 13-inch M1.

Usually, I spend more on travel, but since it is the COVID19 era, I can’t spend even my money on travel experiences.

So I would say that I’ve been pretty responsible with my financing. The gist is that I invest a great deal of my money.

Mostly in stocks and crypto, and they’ve been performing really well over the years.

But still… it is not enough.

I’ve been working a lot from my full-time job, freelancing small projects to building side-projects. Every pay-check from those sources, I invest a part of that.

Still… the growth of my wealth hasn’t been enough.

I have to find ways to increase my income streams this year.

Whether it is by asking for a higher salary, higher hourly rate, more side-products, I have to get more.

I put many responsibilities and goals on myself, cause I want to be the best version of myself. One day (maybe this year), I will write about what those goals are.

But I will fulfill those responsibilities and reach those goals no matter what.

I promise myself that.
