Activision Blizzard’s hypocrisy | Daily #138

Today, a report came out by the California Department of Fair Employment and housing has filed a lawsuit against Activision Blizzard for discrimination.

I’m disgusted by these people and company. Without saying, these people who committed such crimes need to be prosecuted. This behavior should never be allowed when you are working for a supposedly top-tier company or any company for that matter.

Drinking and harassing other people during your work hours... Don’t you have any fucking respect for your own work? Or more important, respect for your co-workers?

What is worse is that Activision Blizzard tried to lecture their community and other companies on how to behave. WHAT? Meanwhile, in your own company, there is discrimination, sexual harassment, and probably more disgusting things that even led to the suicide of a co-worker?

Get fucking real.

How can you talk about other people their houses and how they should act when you don’t even have your own home in order.

But that’s the problem, isn’t it? They think that cause they are a horrible person, then that other person who doesn’t align with their views must be even worse.

A criminal thinks everybody else is a criminal. They think that their crimes are not as bad as the others.

This thinking is probably also inflated by their egos cause they work at a supposed top-tier tech company.

A decade ago, I adored these gaming companies for creating amazing experiences through escapism. Now, I’m disgusted that they consciously led this to happen.
