What I can do is keep up the consistent sleeping schedule.

Last night I didn’t sleep well at all.

I was in bed for 8-9 hours but woke up many times.
I kept dreaming about weird things like I was heavily on drugs. I woke up for 15-30 seconds several times and then fell back to sleep.

I think this happend for five-six times during my sleep last night.

This disrupted my sleep heavily and woke up with a headache. Then this headache persisted throughout the day till now.

Of course, I can’t control what I’m dreaming about. I don’t have that power.

But it keeps reminding me that a good night’s sleep is one of the most important things to do to be energetic, productive, and creative.

Today, I wasn’t any of them at all.

What I can do is keep up the consistent sleeping schedule.
I sleep around 23:00 and wake up around 07:00.
Seven to nine hours of sleep is all you need.
